Most weekends, you can catch him at his son’s soccer practice or playing at the park with his daughter. Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids.
In addition to general GI, his special areas of interest include reflux, colon cancer and polyps, stomach ulcers, abdominal pain, Crohn’s disease/ulcerative colitis, Barrett’s esophagus, constipation, diarrhea, and nutrition. Frank specializes in colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, small bowel capsule endoscopies, hemorrhoidal banding, pH Bravo/impedence, and esophageal manometry. After receiving his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, he completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Miami - Jackson Memorial Hospital as well as a fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of South Florida – Tampa General Hospital.ĭr. Frank graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in biology.
